We will send you a message when your room is ready, no later than 3:00 PM. Our hotel reception is available until a maximum of 3:00 PM. You can check in by a key safe. If you arrive earlier, feel free to bring your luggage and enjoy Otterlo and its surroundings.
Hotel Kruller provides accommodation, breakfast, and fully catered (multi-day) meetings. On the ground floor, you’ll find Brasserie Otterlo, also known as “BO.” To make a reservation, “BO” would be happy to see you directly on their own website: www.brasserieotterlo.nl.
All rooms in Hotel Kruller offer a Nespresso and watercooker. Unfortunately there is no fridge in the hotelroom.
Unfortunately, our accommodation does not have an elevator. The first Veluwe climb will be with us. Of course, we will be happy to help you with your luggage when we are on spot.
There are plenty of bikes for rent from our sporty colleagues Geerts Tweewielers and De Veluwe Specialist. They will gladly provide you with a regular bike or Ebike via an online reservation, but mountain bikes and cargo bikes are also among the possibilities. If you stay overnight in our hotel, we will give you a map with the cycling junctions.
We have a lockable bike shed at the rear of the hotel at the back of our car park.
Our hotel is accessible via train station Ede-Wageningen and train station Arnhem Central. From there you can take the bus to stop Otterlo Centrum and then you will find our hotel after 100 meters in the Dorpsstraat. From Ede-Wageningen you can take bus 108 towards Apeldoorn and from Arnhem Central bus 105 towards Barneveld.
That is certainly possible! We would like to know what you would like to give as a gift, the recipient, the generous giver and the billing address. Finally, we would like to receive the address where we can send the gift voucher.
Everything can be arranged! What we would like to know is the amount to spend and what you are thinking of. To help you on your way: a bunch of flowers, bottle of wine, home-made cake, balloons, picnic basket for a day out etc.
Dogs are welcome, we do charge €17.50 a night a pet.
The dogs are welcome during the day. Brasserie Otterlo kindly reuqests to leave your dogs ate home during dinner.
You reservation can be cancelled at all time. The longer in advance of your arrival day, the less the costs we will charge.
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to this agreement. This also includes the cancellation, no-show and (advance) payment conditions. We work with the following exceptions:
Individual rooms
Individual rooms (with or without breakfast):
- • Cancellation of the entire reservation up to 2 days before arrival free of charge.
Private groups (from 10 guests)
- In case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival we charge 35% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation more than 14 days before arrival we charge 65% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation more than 7 days before arrival we charge 85% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival we charge 100% of the reservation value.
Business Groups
Cancellation of the entire reservation:
- In case of cancellation 2 months or more before arrival we do not charge.
- In case of cancellation 1 month or more before arrival we charge 35% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation 14 days or more before arrival we charge 60% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation 7 days or more before arrival we charge 85% of the reservation value.
- In case of cancellation 7 days or less before arrival we charge 100% of the reservation value.
Cancellation of individual participants within a business group
- At least 1 week before the start of the meeting, we will receive the final number of participants per meeting, which is binding for the invoice.
- Cancellation of individual participants (up to a maximum of 10% of the total number of participants) up to 1 week before arrival is free of charge, from 1 week to 3 days before arrival we charge 35%, 2 days or less before arrival we charge 100% of the meeting package.
