Your room will be ready by 3:00 p.m. at the latest. You’ll receive check-in instructions via WhatsApp and can pick up your key from the key locker. If you arrive in Otterlo earlier, you can drop off your luggage. Check-out is until 10:30 a.m.
Yes, there’s a lockable bike rack behind the hotel. You can also charge your e-bike there.
Dogs are welcome at the hotel for a fee. Please let us know when you make your reservation that you will be bringing your dog. Dogs are not allowed during dinner in the brasserie.
The hotel does not have an elevator. If you have any questions about the accessibility of your room, please contact us before booking. We’d be happy to help you find a solution.
The entrance to De Hoge Veluwe National Park is about 950 meters from the hotel. The Kröller-Müller Museum is located further into the park. The park and museum have their own admission policies and tickets.
